Xcode 27 beta requires a Mac running macOS Tahoe 26.2 or later.

So it should work on both Apple Silicon and Intel.

I assume he thought Xcode 27 Beta will run on both Apple Silicon and Intel with macOS 26.4 Tahoe or later but the reality is that it only runs on Apple Silicon variant
