Is it possible to not get notified about every infra PR?

I get constant emails about PRs in this repo where review is requested from the @open-telemetry/semconv-genai-approvers team. A large fraction of these PRs aren't about semantic conventions where my input/awareness matters, they're about infrastructure of the repo/process, especially the PR dashboard.

Is there a way I could get pinged about actual semconv PRs but not these?

a couple of options:

• if it's just the dashboard PRs, I'm working on moving the dashboard to a shared repository so that other repos can use it as well, so that churn should be temporary
• we could move you to another group, e.g. semconv-genai-domain-approvers, with more tailored CODEOWNERS directories
