Regression checks issue (WPT.fyi checks on PRs)

In the Interop team meeting today, we noticed several PRs not getting WPT.fyi results even though there were no issues reported in the test runs. Re-running the checks seems to fix the issue.

Hey @nairnandu! We'll need to clarify some information here to diagnose any problems.

1. Was the wpt.fyi data in the example missing? I'm seeing these results on wpt.fyi. This indicates that the results exist. I'm not sure based on the comment if they appeared after a re-run of the checks, or if they never existed when the issue was filed (the checks you link indicate that the checks haven't been run more than once.

2. Is a specific browser missing? Or all browser run data is missing for a given PR?

3. What checks needed to be rerun to view the results? Were there any check failures that prompted rerun attempts?
