This is a tentative PR intended to help users preview and review the final outcome of all provisions related to multi-step processes.

I believe these provisions should be reviewed as a group, since each serves a distinct purpose and contributes to the overall effectiveness and clarity of the multi-step process indication.

For those who prefer reviewing the content in google docs, the links are provided below:

• Steps indicated: aims to ensure users are aware that a multi-step process exists.
• Current step indicated: aims to ensure users understand which step they are currently on.
• Current step position indicated: aims to help users understand where they are within the overall process (e.g., what has been completed and what remains).
• All steps listed: while the name of this provision may not be fully precise, the intent is to validate that the multi-step progress indicator (e.g., progress bar, headings, or similar component) is designed in the most useful way for the given context and product, as multiple variables can influence how it should be presented.
